Directory Guidelines - Read Carefully!

Since we are bombarded with link requests daily, we felt it was necessary to lay out some guidelines to ensure we are only dealing with serious requests from real estate sites. If you would like to have your site listed in the Real Estate Directory, or our Realtor Resources page, please make sure you agree to our guidelines and follow them very carefully.

Sites which do not adhere to these guidelines will not be added.
There are 4 steps:

Step 1: Answer True or False

1. I am submiting a realtor or real estate related site.
   
   
2. I do not participate in any spam techniques or linking schemes - this includes hidden text, hidden links, mirror sites, doorway pages and all other matter of search engine spam.
   
   
3. I will link back to this site with a static link from a spiderable page. I will not use javascript, frames, redirects or any other method of "hiding" your link from the search engines.
   
   
4. I will place your link no more than 2 clicks from the home page.
   
   
5. I will place your link on a page that is accessible from the homepage - SiteMap does NOT COUNT.
   
   
6. I will place your link on a page that does not have and never will have more than 40 outgoing links (links to other sites).
   
   
7. My site does not contain or promote adult or illegal content.
   
   
8. I will place your link and description exactly as it described below.
   
   

If you answered TRUE to all of the above, we will be glad to add your site to the directory. If you answered FALSE to any of the above, we will not be able to add your site.

Step 2: Understand the Agreement

Once you make your request, we will review your site. If everything is in order (as per step 1) we will add your site. We then consider this to be a partnership.

We take the partnership seriously and we expect you to do the same.

If in the future you break the agreement (and it is not resolved within 48 hours)... we will keep your link text and description in place but we will link it to our Removal List, instead of your site.

Once you have placed our link and description on your site, please submit your real estate site using our special request form. Submissions that do not go through the special request form on the submission page will not be considered. Submit HERE.
